In-App Messaging in Therapyzen

The therapyzen team is happy to announce it’s latest feature release: secure, in-app client messaging.

We wanted to solve a problem many practices have – secure, online, and effective off-site communication with clients. While there are many tools out there for messaging, we know how inefficient dealing with multiple apps can be. To help consolidate all of your practice tools and activity, therapyzen now offers HIPAA compliant, secure messaging for communicating with your clients when they are not in session. This new messaging tool makes use of the client portal to allow your clients to send and receive messages from you or your staff.

Sending secure messages to your clients is an essential part of serving them successfully. Therapyzen makes conversations simple for you, your team, and your clients. To use the new messaging tool log into therapyzen, select the message icon in the upper right-hand corner, and select your client. Once sent, they’ll receive an email to let them know you’ve sent them a message. Since we made sure this new feature is HIPAA compliant – you must be logged into therapyzen or the client portal to view or reply to any messages.
