Enhanced search tools everywhere!
You will now find a search option in almost every grid in therapyzen. Quickly search for appointments, invoices, clients, couples, non-invoiced services and almost anything else you can think of. Just look for the little search box and dive in.
New report: “Clients you haven’t seen in 30 days”
Reconnect with clients you haven’t seen in over 30 days. See exactly how many days it’s been since their last kept appointment. Export your list and import it into your mail client of choice to follow up.
Portal attachments security
No more worrying about clients accidentally deleting important attachments in the portal. They don’t have the ability to remove files on their record, only clinicians and admins have this permission now.
