Auto Invoicing and Payments are Now Available in Therapyzen

Exciting news – we’re simplifying the billing process even more! Now you can get paid faster and reduce the pain points that reoccurring session invoices can bring. Here’s to a happier you, happier practice, and happier clients!

New Auto-Pay Invoicing with Stripe in Therapyzen

Therapyzen will now automatically process your client invoices overnight (once set up, of course).  Simply enable this feature and any invoices created will be processed between 12am – 2am daily, weekly or monthly.  You can enable or disable this feature on a client level for additional control over your automatic payments. Clients using your free client portal can also opt-in or out of Auto-Pay on their own. Giving you and your clients control of the process!

& it gets better – Auto-Create Invoices too!

Streamline your billing by letting Therapyzen auto-create your client invoices overnight. Enable this feature and any Non-Invoiced Services will automatically be converted into client invoices nightly between 12am – 2am. Once created, the invoices can be paid manually or scheduled to process automatically using Therapyzen’s Auto-Pay feature.
